There are a few factors to consider when choosing the proper Air Curtain for your application:

  • The size of the door.

  • The type of application. (see Uses of Air Curtains)

  • Outdoor climate conditions. (see chart)

  • Indoor climate conditions.
  • Is there excessive negative pressure in the building? (due to excessive exhaust, etc.)

  • Are there any special conditions that must be met? (i.e. location of workers in relation to the door.)

  • Are there any obstacles on or around the door that must be compensated for?
  • Do you require a heated Air Curtain?
