MS AMBIENT MODEL

Specification

Air curtain shall be Miniveil MS model and shall produce a strong low turbulent air stream with a maximum air velocity at the nozzle of 3450fpm in high speed and 2559fpm in low speed. 

The unit shall consist of an aluminum alloy structure on which is mounted fans, double shafted two speed motors with direct driven double inlet forward curved fan wheels completely rubber isolated from base frame. 

Air nozzle shall extend the full length of the unit and be equipped with off white color vanes which adjustable +/-20 Degree. 

Air curtain shall be equipped with washable air filter that can be easily take off without tools or disassembly unit. 

Installation

Air curtain can be mounted by factory prepared wall mounting plate or as per request for top mounting brackets.

Operation Controls

The unit shall contain multiple control methods to fully control operation of air curtain: 

  • Automatic Door Switch Operation
    • Air curtain will have the fans activated by door open, and have the fans deactivated by door closed.
  • Unit mounted Button Switch Control Operation
    • Air curtain equipped with button switches which can be turn ON/OFF air curtain, select fan speeds (High/Low). 
  • Wireless Hand-held Remote Controller
    • Air curtain contains with a hand-held Remote Controller which can be turn ON/OFF air curtain, select fan speeds (High/Low).

MS ELECTRIC HEATED MODEL

The unit shall consist of a steel main frame structure, double shafted two speed motors with direct driven double inlet forward curved fan wheels completely rubber isolated from base frame. 

Air nozzle shall extend the full length of the unit and be equipped with off white color vanes which adjustable +/-20 Degree. 

Air curtain shall be equipped with washable air filter that can be easily take off without tools or disassembly unit. 

Air curtain can be mounted either by factory prepared wall mounting plate or top threaded rod inserts.

Electric Heating Element

Air Curtain shall be equipped with positive Temperature Coefficient Heater with Automatic Reset Thermal Overload, Magnetic Contractor(s), and be mounted and internally prewired on the base for easy installation and servicing. Heater assembly to fit inside the unit.

All coils are rated in compliance with the certification program of A.R.I. standard 410-72

Installation

  • When air curtain has fans activated, the thermostat will have heater on when temperature is below set point and has heater off when temperature is above set point. 
  • Wireless Hand-held Remote Controller
    • Air curtain contains with a hand-held Remote Controller which can be turn ON/OFF air curtain, select fan speeds (High/Low), and turn heater ON/OFF.
